These terms apply to your use of goldenleafcigars.com and to all purchases from The Golden Leaf, a DBA of Redd LLC, 3093 Village Point Road, Chesterton, Indiana 46304 (“The Golden Leaf,” “we”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to enter this site, buy tobacco products, book Cigar Maker for a Day or receive our products. We may refuse or cancel any order if we can’t confirm the buyer’s or recipient’s age.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that we can’t ship legally to the destination, or that contain pricing or listing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

Products and descriptions

Our cigars are hand-rolled from natural tobacco, so appearance and size can vary slightly. Tasting notes and strength ratings describe the character of each blend and are a matter of taste. Product photos are for illustration.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, and all sales are made by The Golden Leaf.

Shipping, returns and tickets

Shipping is covered by our Shipping & Age Policy. Returns, refunds, Cigar Maker for a Day tickets and gift codes are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Cigar Maker for a Day

Sessions take place at The Golden Leaf and involve handling tobacco and cigar-making tools, including sharp blades, under staff guidance. Guests take part at their own risk and must follow staff instructions. Alcohol is served only to guests 21+ with valid ID and at our discretion.

Health warning

SURGEON GENERAL WARNING: Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Porter County, Indiana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
